
Our Founders
Dr. Amit Sinha is the CEO and Board Member of DigiCert, a global leader in digital trust, and the Co-Founder of the Amit & Deepali Sinha Foundation, which supports academic excellence, health, and wellness worldwide. Previously, he served as President and Board Member at Zscaler, where he helped grow the company into a NASDAQ-100 enterprise security leader. Dr. Sinha has held senior leadership roles as CTO of Motorola’s Enterprise Networking business and AirDefense, and was Co-Founder of Engim. He earned his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where he was awarded the President’s Gold Medal and later recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus, and holds an S.M. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. A prolific inventor with 50 U.S. patents and over 25 publications, Dr. Sinha also serves on the board of DataRobot and advises several startups at the intersection of AI, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Deepali Sinha is an impact-driven technology leader and co-founder of the Sinha Foundation, where she channels over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology to advance social good. With a background spanning software engineering, human capital management, and large-scale program implementation, she has led initiatives at organizations such as ADP, MIT, and Tata Technologies. Deepali holds a B.S. in Computer Science, an MBA from UC Davis, and certifications in Data Science (UC Berkeley), Scrum, and Oracle. Through the Foundation, she combines her technical expertise and passion for equity to support early-stage innovations and expand access to education and healthcare for underserved communities.

We play an active role not only as a funder, but also as a strategic partner—offering investment, consulting, and mentorship to initiatives with the potential to drive meaningful, scalable impact.
